How do I become a member of Flicketz^®?

It's easy to join Flicketz! All we ask is that you fill out simple registration information about yourself and answer some selected movie questions. If you haven't already signed up, you can do it here.

How does Flicketz work?

Flicketz is a membership-based website. Once a member, users of Flicketz receive 2-for-1 movie ticket offers to select showings of current releases, invitations to special sneak preview screenings, and much more! All communication is done via regular emails and there are no phone calls, ever!

Now that the offers have launched, when should I start receiving emails from Flicketz?

Yes, the Flicketz 2-for-1 ticket offers have launched!  if a selected movie(s) is available in your area(based on your zip code), you will receive an email containing the 2-for-1 offer(s). Also, you can always log on to Flicketz and check the home page during a given week to see what is available for 2-for-1 tickets.  Please note that not all movies will be available in all areas.  Keep checking our offers via email and on the site, as locations and movie selections will vary as we expand.

I signed up and never received my confirmation email?

Depending on what email provider you use, it's possible that our initial confirmation email didn't make it into your inbox and ended up in your junk folder.  When signing up, please check both folders(inbox and junk) within your email provider.  If for some reason our initial email ended up in your junk folder, please check your email settings and add our address "members@email.flicketz.com" to your list of recognizable email addresses in order to receive future mailings in your regular inbox. 

I moved. Where do I go to change my account information?

First, login to your Flicketz account. Then click on the highlighted "Update My Account" link, located on the top right corner of the Flicketz homepage. Once you have clicked on this link, you will be taken to your account page, where you can change your information. Please remember to save your changes when updating.
